Does anyone know if it's possible to live in Canada (PR) and works in US (GC)?
I got a good job offer in USA (Detroit) but plan to live in Canada (nearby Detroit). I have Canadian PR and approved I-140 (EOA). Currently I'm on H-1B visa for 2 years. Approved I-140: does it expire?
I have approved I-140 (extraordinary ability) which was self-submitted petition. Currently on 3rd year of H1b. The problem that I may have to stay some time abroad (from 1 to 3 years) by personal issues. Does anyone know if my approved I-140 will be still good in that time. If I apply I-485 now...- Dneprnet
