I just read that BCIS is planning on allowing EAD's and I-90 forms to be filed online beginning 5/29/03. But let's hope our I-485's get adjudicated soon. God Bless.

I received my second renewed EAD today. An interesting thing that I noticed was that the second EAD was issued from the date my first EAD expires which is at the end of December. I am glad it was issued that way but AP was filed at the same time and its still pending. Dunno when our 485's will...

I have applied for my second EAD and AP and have received the receipt RD 10/08/2001 for AP and 10/09/2001 for EAD. Online messges say EAD takes 90 to 120 days and AP takes 140 to 170 days. Has anyone applied around this timeframe received EAD and AP. Thanks for your reply in advance.
