I am a registered nurse, and my lawyer filed for my I-140, I-485 a couple of months ago. On the receipt notice for the I-140, under Notice Type, it says 'Section: Skilled Worker or Professional. Sec. 203(b)(3)(A) (i) or (ii)'. Can someone please clarify whether this is the appropriate section...
