Out of status Issue ..L1 to H1B Conversion
Hi Sir, My first L1 I-94 is valid from 5th Dec 2003 to 4th Dec 2004. In my initial post I mentioned that I went to India in Dec 2004. That is not true. I went to India in Jan 2005. Please advice. Thanks, -From NYC- iamfromnycnj
