    What about the non availability certificate... Thanks for the afadavit format, but along with this afadavit, they require a certificate from the municipal corporation saying that no record of birth exists... I was interested in the format of that certificate.. Thanks

    No Title Thanks Para;Do you know what the content was in the letter that said it was a amendment. My lawyer has just put in one line saying that a previous petition was approved with the receipt numbers - which does not seem right to me..

    No Title Amended I140- what documents to send My company was acquired too , and my 485 is pending. What documents does the company need to file along with amended I140? Also on the form for I140 there is nothing that indicates whether it is new I140 or for amending a existing I140... Thanks
