Reclaim stay in India
My 6th year on my H-1 ends on 13th Feb, 2007. I had been in India for around 3 months on a vacation. Can I reclaim this on my H1-B and work here till May? Does anybody know about a form that I can look at ? Thanks a lot for your help. Regards, Vikram- vikram12
