Could someone let me know if the signature card is required at VSC for EAD renewal? Thanks!

Does anyone know if the EAD renewal still can be obtained on the same day? I shall appreciate it if anyone could provide this info. My lawyer says it\'s still available, but friend\'s lawyer says it has been stopped.

Your I-140 is for CP Looks like your I-140 was approved for CP instead of AOS, although you probably didn\'t opt for it. It sounds like VSC has already placed a request to have it sent back from NVC. Don\'t know how long it takes in average. In my case, it took more than six months.

They must have swapped the RD with the I-140 case listed one line above.  

No problem at all As long as you haven\'t worked on EAD before you re-enter w/ H-1. Your wife can work on EAD while you are on H-1.

It\'s fine, even if she traveled with you.
