I got interview letter date 11/12 I got my interview letter yesterday. Date is 11/12/02. It is asking me to bring normal stuff like I-94, passport, I-693(Medical report) and all original supporting the application inlcuding BC, MC etc. Also affidavit of support, if not submitted earlier...

I applied to VSC Hi Ehuang, I sent my application to renew EAD to VSC on aug 22nd, 90 days before expire. EAD application is also transferred to Newrk on Oct, 7th. I think, you can walk to Newark for EAD renewal.

My case is same as yours I was also working for company A and moved to Company B after labor. Filed 485, when was working for company B. My case is trasferred to Newrak on 9/20/02. Update, when you receice Interview Letter.

Thanks-- Hi July16, I don't understand why they transferred my case. I had complete documentation with the application. I talked to IIO on 09/19/02 and he told me that every thing is good. Is it because I called IIO or just plain bad luck.

I just heard the message. Case is transferred today. It's good that file is picked up. But would take couple of more months for interview. Should I be worried. How long does it take to get interview letter.

Talked to IIO about my case. RD 9/19/01. Said the same thing processing 9/15/01 and would take couple of week. I asked about my I-140 file(approved for CP). He asked the EAC number of the I-140 approval and told me that file is here. Hope to get approval in couple of weeks.
