Thank you. It seems that I can apply for them simulatneously - USCIS accepts copies of things, only for the passport application you need originals. The only reason I want to do this sooner rather than later is the fee increase. But I agree, I would not do N-600 and then the passport.

The passport form says that if you claim citizenship thorugh naturalization of parent(s) you have to provide birth certificate, parents' nat. certificate and proof of permanent resident status. Does that mean actually sending green card? Thanks.
