They do not send it by registered mail. Even if you never get your green card and file an I-90 and pay the fees (up to $260) they refuse to send this valuable document by registered mail. I urge you to write your senator to complain about this...- Bringo

Never received your green card?
In the summer of 2006 my wife's conditional resident status was lifted and she was approved for permanent resident status.
