El Paso local office - time from approval to plastic card
hello, I was just wondering if anyone out there has any experience with the EL Paso district office. I am a USC applied for my mom. Had interview approval on 10/12. Haven't received welcome notice (though case status says it was mailed 11/02). Case status also says card ordered 11/7...- elpyaya

Where do you keep the green card?
must keep it with you by law you have to keep the green card with you at all times if you are older than 18. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Permanent_Resident_Card- elpyaya
