This is the fact..
Based on normal processing.. RD of 8/13 should have ND of 9/27.
If something abnormal... like RD 8/13, ND 9/1 or 9/5.. Thats when we get our doubt...
If someone says... RD 8/13 ND 9/27 or close to that... FP 12/?? (depends on state of residing...) definitely we will...
Since yours is Job change.. could you.
Please post when did you inform INS about your Job change? Most of us not clear about 180 days Job change starts from RD or ND....

VSC is processing based on RD, not ND not PD(As long as date is current)
So guys, if ND is 2 months later than RD, we dont need to worry...
