    Will it be a problem if I am travelling using AP and my I-485 is approved? Will INS deny my entry into US using AP? My RD is 7/11 and waiting to be approved in any days.

    Just got a call from my friend telling me that his I-485 was approved yesterday. His RD is 7/30 and ND is 9/20. What a miracle. My RD 7/20, ND 8/28 still waiting.

    Have not seen any new approvals today in all four INS offices. My guess is the scandal broke out today may have stopped everything in INS. What do you think?
