you need go to SSN office to get your old card replaced using your passport with green card stamp on it, a new card will be mailed to your home in about a week or so. new card will have nothing except your SSN and your Name . your SSN will be same number as you had before.

is your case assigned to officer? you should call IIO directly to find out what\'s going on your case, because your date already passed their official processing date(04/01).
