For indiaeb2 Hi, My details: EB3 PD 05/1997 I485 RD 03/2001, AD 02/2002 I don\'t think there was any delay in 485 processing. But I did get an RFE for Employer letter and past 3 pay stubs. My company sent all that and I got my approval in one week after RFE submission. Hope this helps.

To jsram RFE was for letter from employer and three months of paystubs. RFE generated on 1/17/2002 and our reply was received by VSC on 2/5/2002. My I140 was for CP. Don\'t know if it still in Chennai. I intend calling Chennai consulate tonight. Regards

Very true. Until, I got back to the lawyer with the issue of delays in I485 processing for CP cases, they were not even "aware" of the issue. The only reason for me to be happy is that the President of the company is close to me. So he is pushing it too. Regards
