Lost PR Card
Dear All, I am in a dilemma - I just lost my PR Card on a business trip abroad. My card is/was valid until Feb 2009. Looking at the CIC website, it transpires that you have to fill in a Solemn Declaration Form 5451 for a lost PR Card. This cancels the current PR card in the government...- quantum111
