I had my H1B interview today at the US consulate at Toronto. I had just 5 minutes interview, the officer asked me the following:
1) Which company are you working for?
2) What do you do?
Then she gave me the receipt and said that I will get my stamped passport by next...

I have applied from a PR card in Canada and my h1B stamping is from Toronto. I am an Indian.
I have one more doubt....if the consulate folks ask me whether I have applied for a PR or not...what should I tell them? Should I tell them very clearly...
Also to add on...my husband is in US on a H1b visa...thats the reason why I go to US from Canada once a month at least for a week. Should we be telling the consulate people about this - I cannot lie right if they ask me why I have been going to US every month. So thought that I will tell them...
