B1 to L1 - But B1 getting expired.
I am applying for a L1 Visa. My B1 will Visa will get expired soon. :confused: Is it allowed to stay in the US if one has applied for change of status from B1 to L1 but I-94 is expired? :confused: Do I need to go back to India till I receive my L1 Visa?- sandeep.fotedar
