Hi, Here is my situation. Came to US in Nov 2001 on H4 Applied for H1 and got approval from Sep 2003 - Jun 2004 Applied for H4 - H1 transfer two days after I applied for H4 - H1 transfer I filed for another H1 as I got a job and got approval from July 2004 - feb 2006 And I got compnay...- shakti20
