This is bad. It can even affect your 485 processing with the local
INS. You or your dependent is not eligible for unemployment without
a PR or citizenship.

It will take a minimum of 5 months to 10 months from the date of
transfer. But there are people on the 11th month and waiting too.

Most of us who have our cases transferred to arlington
are waiting for the last 6 months. Some of them go lucky
with 4 to 5 months. There are some waiting for 8 months
with nothing happening.

new rus. I somehow guessed you were from Russia. Other russians whom I worked with also got their cases transferred. But they were called for interviews in 2 to 3 months time, in VA. I guess it should be the same with you too.
