I have a valid B1/B2 Visa for USA. Can I travel as tourist to USA or do I need to get a B2 visa ?

I was in company XX for few years and got L1A visa which is still valid. However, I joined company YY and worked there for 5 months. Now I am again joining back XX and my L1A visa from that company(XX) has not expired. Is this L1A visa still valid and can be used?
