    Marrying a J1 visa holder, where is the right place?

    My boyfriend and I are getting married. Now, he is on a J1 visa program so I would hold a J2 visa. 1. Where should we marry? at our home country? or USA? 2. I already have a B2 visa. So, I can enter USA...... get married and apply from there to the J2 visa? Thanks,
