Advice me What should i do now. I submitted the photos with glasses. Now, I got a RFE, so can i submit it without glasses. Photo on the passport,EAD and AP is also with glasses.

Do we have to submit a photo with glasses or without glasse? I submitted with glasses with my I-485 apllication, and now i got a rfe for photos saying that my left eye was not clear. What are you guys with glasses doing or have done?please advice.

IRS certified copies Which IRS office are we talking about. Can someone suggest me where it is in new jersey? Also, along with the IRS certified copy, do i still have to submit me and my wife\'s W2 or just my W2 since we filled joint return.

I got a RFE to submit my 1040 form\'s and W2. Do I have to submit the IRS certified printouts of 1040 ? If yes, from where should i get these certitifed copies? Someone who has already replied a similar RFE, please share information.

What\'s going on!! July 30th case with a PD of 6/2001 got approved. There is no way to know what\'s going on with our case.

Number of H-1\'s I guess (blind guess), that it may also depend on the number of H1 you previosly had. I have total of 4 H-1 ( I changed jobs 4 times before I applied for my GC with the current employer) and my wife had 2 H-4\'s and now she is on F-1. Probably they may be scrutunising these...
