Does filing I-130 create any problem while entering US on visitor Visa?

My brother has a US visitor visa. I recently became a US citizen and want to file Immigrant Petition for him. Will he have any issues entering US for short visits (on B2) after I file I-130 petition for him ? Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    Certificate of Naturalization copying

I don't know where you are in your Natz timeline. You would know this if you had attended oath ceremony. They specifically tell you at the oath ceremony not to make color copies.

You can only make black & white copies of the certificate. You cannot make color copies.

To Expediate Passport or Not. That is the Question!

You may be better off requesting expedited service. Anyone can request expedited service for additional payment of $60. You don't need any proof of travel for expedited service. Considering your oath date and travel plans, it seems risky to go for regular service. For more information, check...

EXPERTS: Is it a big mistake? (WDC)

Technically, you are supposed to cancel your Indian Passport once you obtain Citizenship of another country. It has nothing to do with your OCI card. Most people do it at the time of OCI stamping. That's all. So don't worry.

Stuck in name check with new rules after May '06

Take a chill pill and relax. Your application is under mormal processing time limits. DO NOT compare with someone who filed around the same time as your's. Whoever told you that they can get you IL in 3 months is lying to you because you may get it anyway since you just filed in Nov. Don't...

    Appply Citizenship 6 month prior?

If you want to try your luck and have money and time to waste, go right ahead. Here's the problem though. You may not be rejected by the service center right away. They may accept and process your application normally and may even schedule you for an interview. Once the IO at the interview...

    VSC processing (Boston)

Each case is treated individually. Their timelines may be independent of each other too. For e.g. your wife may get scheduled for interview before you do. It is absolutely normal. The only way you can assure they move together is if you ask USCIS to treat them as companion cases. Don't know if...

Stuck in name check with new rules after May '06

I agree with rwsh. Six months after FP sounds reasonable to start worrying. I would even check your DO's processing time. If they are processing cases received after your PD and you haven't heard anything, you may want to start bugging them. Untill then, rest in peace. Let USCIS do their...
