LabourCleared My attorney has strongly hinted that the i-140 will not be filed online , infact he says it cannot be done online. Not sure why attorneys donot want to go the online route .Whats scaring them away... is it more work? I heard someone else bringing this issue up on the forums...

Appeal? Sorry to hear that Goodfella . So your denial is not based on the 3 yr degree. Are you going to apeal? Was your RFE also baded on the major field of study? not sure why but i was under the impression that ur RFE was on the three year degree.
