Hi I am in J2 visa and currently I got a job offer and they were trying to give me H1. But I requested them to give me J1 so that my husband can get J2. Is this possible J2 to J1 and vice versa. We havenot applied for waiver yet as we are on 2 year HRR. Please help us in this regard. Thanks
