Here are the details for my spouce RFE (Doctor didn't fill the medical form correctly). I'm the primary applicant but didn't recieve any thing and still waiting... RD: March 6, 2002 ND: March 26, 2002 FP1: June 1, 2002 FP2: March 13, 2004 RFE: June 26, 2004 RFE RD: July 16, 2004 AD...

At the time of stamping they do not ask about any company information and they do not accept any document other than valid I-94, AP and EAD (if you have Any). So what should one do in such case where apporval is without RFE and AC21 was not notified to INS. Thanks
