Travel Document (AP) Question
I have an approved EAD (which expire only next April 2009) and a pending 140/485 case. I have an expired B1/B2 visa. Can I apply for a AP. Is there any danger for me to travel out of country with a AP, but no current visa? Thanks, for your soon to come reply- anachiever
