DO we need visa stamping again for new employer
Thanks for your advices. Just for clarification, What are the documents we should keep at POE. Would new 797 alone be fine or we should keep some other docs as well(W2, paystubs, bank statements etc.).- nkhandelwal

DO we need visa stamping again for new employer
Hi everyone, I have H1b visa and my wife is on H4. I just got my H1 visa transferred to new employer (another I-797 , not the stamp on the passport). But the visa stamps on our passports is valid till March 2008. My questions is that, my wife needs to travel to home country. Is it...- nkhandelwal
