as far as pregnancy goes, the civil surgeon i went to said that uscis requires you to do only those tests that do not affect your pregnancy. why don't you call your civil surgeon you plan to go to and ask him?

as far as the receipts go, you and your lawyer should both get them. sometimes, i got the receipt before the lawyer did.
