L1 to new H1 > Restamping and effective Dt
:) Hi, I came to US in Feb'05 on L1 from company "A". The L1 will expire on Dec'06. In the meantime I applied for H1 from company "B" this year and got it approved. The H1 is effective from Oct'06. The new H1 has a I-94 attached valid till '08. Questions 1. Will my current employment...- pghosh
