    Same thing was told to me today that my case has been approved on 07/12/2007 when actually online status shows as pending. She said they have not received the biometrics. When I insisted that bio was done on 5/25, she looked into case again and this time she said actually your case is not...

    Dear members I am in the process of applying for I-140/I-485. The question I have is can I get the medical examination done by a doctor in different region than my local address on the I-485. My local address is in MA and currently I am in Chicago on a project. Will USCIS allow that or doctor...
