I company plans to file my I140/485 concurrently in Premium. The qustion I had is that after I140 is approved what if I loose my job before the 6 month period . Can I still use AC21 and use the EAD towards another company ?

I hold an Indian Passport however I was born in UAE. Can I file my I485 under the UAT quota visa number since that is current for my priority date. Thanks

Re: Labor Can you file I140 without the original Labor approval letter. If so what do you need to prove that your Labor was aproved.

Re: Labor Aprroval I just called up the 484 # and the lady told me that it takes around 2 - 2 and a half months to actually mail out the labor approval even after the online status shows CERTIFIED. Is that true ? Does someone have a similar experience. Thanks

Re: Application at172.... I have the same case. My snapshot does not have the prevailing wage and I was told that a NOF has been proposed for my case. I suspect that the rate of pay mentioned in my application would be less then the prevailing wage, hence the NOF.

Re: Application The way it works is most likely your case has been flagged for NOF and is sitting with the certifying officer who will take a final decision to adjucate the case or NOF it. I am in the same boat and my law firm found that out for me.
