My priority date is current with june bulletin. Did mention as AOS while applying 140. So, need to file I-824 to change from AOS to CP. I want to know howlong it takes, if anyone have already done so. I would like to decide between AOS and CP based on that. Thanks.

Does anyone know whether the chennai consulate accepts AC I-140 cases or not? My case is EB3 and I didn't mention consular at the time of filing 140. If we file form I-824, how long it takes that to be approved and when can we expect the interview? thanks.
