Thanks gor reply. is it possible that I switch to new employer and they file my labor. Since with PERM, labor is coming faster, does filing date need to be 365 days before the 8th year extension can be filed or after receiving the labor, it does not matter how old is the filing date ? In...- majnu

Guys, I am in 7th year of my extension till Sep 2007 and have my labor stuck in the Backlog processing. I wanted to know if one can change employer in 7th year and refile the labor with new employer !!! OR I am stuck with my current employer until I get GC OR GOING BACK TO INDIA ...- majnu
