I-140 approved, need help.
is it still valid if the Labor(and 140) from Employer A is EB3 and new Application from Employer B is EB2?? I'm in simillar situation some one please suggest me. Thanks In Advance- GC_09

I 140 - Number of Experience letter?
Please advice me My Company is giving me an approved labor of July 2004 , which requires 1 year experience before July 2004 , i have experience letters from companies 1998 July to 2003 May , but i dont have experience letter from june 2003 to june 2004 My question is:Is it mandatory to...- GC_09
