    Procedures to follow - converting F1 to H1 visa. Please help me :)

    I am currently on my OPT, as I completed my masters in Dec 2005. I want to apply for an H1 and my company is ready to sponser me. What steps do I and my company take? I have very little time left...Your help would mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance. M. Patel
