I need help am about to file my i 400n soon but am in limbo now i was arrested and charged for simple assault but the case was later dismissed .
My question is do i have to provide documents on that since the case was dismissed? Secondly, is it going to affect my application ? Need help thanks

Help needed can I file for n400 while my I-751 still pending?
Secondly, I have about 2 more months to hit 3 years since I got married to us citizen am I illegible to file n400 since my I-751 still pending
Please does uscis accept money orders ? I did sent my i-751 and biometric fees by money orders am confused because it seems everybody here sent theirs by checks
So I see. Mine went like that until I got the email for RFE. Since then NOTHING!!!! Almost 8 months without update. The I-130 haven't been updated since July (the Notice Date) and yet I am finished with the process and waiting for "green card" :o
So the real test is to see how it goes...
We had our interview in December in Charllote NC and we were Approved and my EAD was collected from me and passport was stamped it has been more than Sixty days now but have still not receive welcome notice or the Green Card :( either is it normal ? I need help Thanks:eek:

You should never reveal personal identity here. If you felt as if u qualified for Fee Waiver, then u had every right to request it. I am glad u were granted it. U said ur husband did extensive research, then u should know that when the application is originally submitted, it goes...
