Change from E2 to H1b
Hi, I am currently holder of a dependent E2 visa for 5 years but my employer is running out of business. 1) Is it possible to be employed by another employer pending completion of a H1b new visa? 2) Do I have to go back to my country in order to apply for the H1b visa.
