    Hello, My employer applied for PERM LC (EB3) in Nov 2005. It has stuck in audit and we are not getting firm answer from USCIS. I have done my masters in US. Question is: 1. Can I file another LC (EB2) or (EB3)? 2. Will my earlier LC (EB3) get cancelled? 3. Incase I am not allowed to file...

    Is it possible to have LUD on same day of FP?

    I had FP appointment today morning (01/09) Last night I checked there was no change to LUD. Upon my coming home @ 2.00 PM, I saw LUD on my case. My appointment was at 10.00 AM and It happened around 10.30. Is it possible to get the LUD on same day? Or the LUD is for something different?

    Biometric for Sep 06 filed cases

    My case was filed on Sep 28, I am yet to get Biometric appointment request– is it normal? I had address change request – can it affect? I got the EAD/AP RFE for me and my wife and daughters EAD and AP got approved Any one in the same boat? NO FP for Sep 06 cases?
