    Is it possible to file I 140 on 2 labors

    hi guys, My labor was filed under eb2 2003. MeanWhile I got substitute labor from same employer eb3 2002 and I 140 got cleared. My Question is Can i file I-140 again if my eb2 labor got cleared ? Please suggestions needed. thanks rns30
