In the instructions http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-131.pdf (revised 10/2005) on page 5 it says that there should be a 3/4 frontal view with ear. Today I called USCIS, and was told that the face should be straight to the camera. :eek...

Hello, ladies and gentlemen!
I am completing the I-131 for re-entry permit, and couldn't quite understand 2 things:
1. Whats Class of admission ?
2. What do I do with expired re-entry permit? Should I attach it to the application, so the USCIS can dispose of it?
Please advise!!!
Thanks...

Does it mean: Have you ever pretended to be one, or Have you applied for citizenship ?
Please help

Curious to know if you are going to hire a lawyer to oppose it.
As far as I understand, since the complaint was filed, CIS dos not have jurisdiction upon the case.
I suppose that AUSA will file a Motion to Dismiss since the case should be mooted and the court deprived, but...
that's what I am talking about, they didn't tell me about that at the time of the interview.
I was told that everything is in place, they are only waiting for the namecheck to be finished.
Boatbod, this is a quote from the letter from USCIS. They say I can't appeal THERE, but I am asking how I can appeal in the court when the case is dismissed.
Thanks
How to file an appeal in court?
I have searched the board to find out how to file an appeal after the case is dismissed, but coudn't find it.
If someone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it
THANK YOU !

Yes, I did have an interview in October, and somehow it didn't come up until now. I sent a letter to the District USCIS Director inquiring about the case, but got no respond. The senator received a standartized answer "namecheck pending, be patient".

So my understanding is that one can apply 90 days before meeting the continuous residency requirement IF the person have been married for 3 years at the time of application. Is that...

And here is the results. On the 12th I received a...
