With I-140 processing dates are moving extremely slowly and I-485 nowhere close to horizon, I was wondering what happends if someone changes the job at this point (Labor approved, I-140 applied in Oct. 2006)? What is the best way to maintain the priority date even after changing job?

Hi Whenn, Your signature says that you have a case in PBEC and you also got LC approved through PERM. Is it allowed to file in PERM as a separate case without cancelling the original one? Please reply.
