    Can company pay cheques be used as pay stubs for H1B transfer

    My employer hasn\'t been paying me nor sending paystubs since the past two and half months. I want to change company. My current employer says he will send company pay cheques but no pay stubs. Can I use these company paycheques for H1b transfer?.

    Not getting paystubs for last two months. Can I report to INS?

    As my employer hasn\'t been sending my paystubs for the last two months. I intend to report to INS. I would like to know how this will effect me. As I dont have paystubs I am unable to transfer to another company. Suggest me the best way to get my H1b transfered.
