H1 expiring, I-485 filed
H1 expiring, EAD received Thanks Joe, I just realized that I do have EAD. Still if I do not receive GC by Aug 2002 (which is when I complete 6 yrs on H1) what should I do? File for extension of H1 or I can use my EAD in some way? Vinay- vinay singh

H1 expiring, I-485 filed
Hi all! I am completing 6 yrs of H1 in Aug 2002. Have filed I485 in Jan 2002. Since there is no hope of getting GC before Aug 2002, which form do I fill out to renew my H1? Vinay- vinay singh
