    H1 Transfer

    I am on H1B visa and got laid off. My previous company informed INS about the termination of employment. I have already applied for another H1B and the Transfer is in process. At this stage, Can I apply for another H1B? If I do, would it be a H1B Transfer or a whole new H1B? Please Help!
