    I know one can file 90 days prior to completion of 5 years as a lawful PR. But for Part 2 in the N-400 form, do people choose A, even though 5 years as a PR has not been technically completed? or do people choose D, Other and provide an explanation? Isn't choosing A, when applying 90 days...
