Child born in US for parents travelling on L1 Visa
Hello All, I am travelling to US on L1 Visa for a period of 9 months from next month, along with my wife. My wife is pregnant. I wish to know if my child would automatically get the citizenship when borm in US. Is there any catch? regards, Prabhakar- prabhakar_pal
