from what i read from the latest directive from bec the mail to reopen cases closed must be sent 30 days from the publication of the notice.the release date was 10 July 2006 so counting 30 days from that should mean a deadline date of AUGUST 8 2006. can anyone confirm this? thanks

An employer filed a labor cert under 245i in April 2001, The case was apparently closed by PBEC in 2005. If the case remains closed, could a second employer at a later date file for a new labor cert based on the priorty date of the original filing. ie; does having a case closed by the BEC void...
