    green card - 1 year away of SUA

    10 years successfully passed Really it is possible to stay for 10 years mainly out of USA, coming each year for a month or two, with no more than 11-month absence. Each time at the passport control I was saying that I'm studying, and nothing really happened to me. But that's definitely jeopardy.
